**The Role**

As a Delivery Lead, Personal Banking, you will be responsible for execution of programs of work in the Onboarding and continuous lifecycle management for our personal banking customers.

**Key components of your role will entail**:

- You will have past experiences in building customer facing technology solutions and have orchestrated execution of large technology programs
- You are passionate in understanding the values and benefits we bring to our customers through these technology solutions
- You can connect experience, product/requirements, the architecture and technology delivery to make these solutions real and work closely with the Head of Product and Head of Technology to orchestrate and sequence delivery of business Outcomes
- You are capable of proactively connecting missing links between product, architecture & delivery to ensure the product we deliver meet customer outcomes
- You facilitate collaboration between the other Domains and dependent technology service teams that have squads simultaneously delivering to the same overarching outcomes. You contribute to cross domain forums
- You have people leader accountability for Delivery Roles within the domain to develop and grow delivery capability of RTE's
- You will establish and setup frameworks and scorecards to help your delivery organisation be objective in their outcomes
- Coordinate squads working across multiple domains and negotiate capacity to remove any delivery contention and expedite resolution of major blockers and impediments across entire SDLC
- You have an eye for detail across program status that covers - cost, quality, velocity, cycle time etc. and be a spokesman to defend and articulate technology position
- Work with Domain leaders to plan and understand demand and work with RTE's to match and sequence work to align to supply capacity.
- You ensure team focus on continuous improvement of cadence and ways of working to improve clarity for stakeholders as well as focus for teams.
- You will lead the delivery of the prioritised Business objectives aligned to the Customer Engagement and Onboarding domain including adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements around KYC and AML

**What you will bring**:

- Be a technology leader with depth in building digital customer experiences in the financial industry domain
- Demonstrable experience as a customer onboarding Program / Delivery leader - with extensive experience in delivering mission critical systems for a nationally systemic Bank
- Exposure and experience to solutions involving fin crime and IDV platforms
- Managing the delivery or large complex programs containing multiple streams and vendors ($15M p.a.)
- Track record at providing quality insights into program progress and able to shape delivery teams to optimal outcomes and results
- Strong communicator and influencer to drive right outcome
