We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team at the Victorian Aboriginal Child and Family Agency (VACCA). As a key member of the Orange Door hub, this role will provide leadership, support, and supervision to the Hub Practitioners in the Aboriginal Response Team.
Reporting to the Program Manager Family Violence, you will work collaboratively with the Aboriginal Practice Leader, Hub practitioners, and the wider Orange Door & VACCA leadership groups to ensure a culturally respectful working environment. You must demonstrate positive working relationships with other agencies in a service network and have a comprehensive understanding of confidentiality and mandatory reporting provisions.
This role requires experience in Child Wellbeing assessments and Family Violence risk assessments, as well as a knowledge of the Best Interest Case Practice Model and the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Management (MARAM) Framework. You must be able to apply a cultural lens over these frameworks and lead by example in a culturally respectful manner.
