Job Title: Accounts Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial professional to join our team at Carer's Network as an Accounts Administrator.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely payments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Recording and maintaining financial transactions, including accounts receivable and payable, invoicing, debt collection, and bank account reconciliation.
  • Processing payments and receipts in accordance with organisational procedures.
  • Maintaining all financial records as part of a team effort.
  • Assisting with employee wages, expenses, STP, and payment of SGL and LSL Levy.

Your Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Xero accounting package, and Visual Care or similar payroll/rostering software packages.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High-level problem-solving skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • NDIS Worker Screen Check and Covid-19 Proof of Vaccination.
