Sales and Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Customer Development Representative to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying sales opportunities, and driving business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Secure new business and generate leads through proactive sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to set and achieve sales targets and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Provide accurate and timely reporting and feedback to the team
- Stay up-to-date with the latest pest control technologies and industry best practices through ongoing training and development
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated individual with a proven track record in sales and customer development. The ideal candidate will have:
- 1+ years of sales experience with a strong understanding of financial and budget information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- A positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to sales and customer development
- A genuine interest in the pest control industry and a desire to build a long-term career with our company
