Marketing Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our team in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that drive growth and support sales.

  • Campaign Development & Launches:
    • Collaborate with commercial teams to create an effective marketing calendar aligned with business objectives.
    • Develop and launch demand generation campaigns to engage customers and drive sales.
    • Regularly report key marketing results to the business.
  • Business & Category Management:
    • Lead marketing strategies to support business growth and success.
    • Work closely with sales and commercial teams to understand customer needs and design campaign around those needs.
    • Analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage marketing tools to simplify processes and optimise tool performance.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team with a customer-centric approach.
    • Provide ongoing feedback, training, and mentorship to team members.
  • Cross-Business Collaboration:
    • Partner with commercial teams to align strategies, campaigns, and events.
    • Evaluate marketing channels to ensure efficiency and make necessary adjustments.
    • Embody and promote company values in all activities.
    Performance Indicators:

Achieve annual marketing funnel targets Ensure timely delivery of campaigns that align with business goals

Qualifications & Skills Required:

5+ years of marketing management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field Demonstrated experience in marketing or sales with a history of success Strong analytical and project management skills Effective communication skills Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with diverse teams
