About the Role

We are seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team at Samsung Electronics. As a Claims Administrator, you will be responsible for verifying incentives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding claim-related issues
  • Review and finalise outstanding claims and unpaid claims
  • Review and endorse the terms and conditions of sales deduction promotion requests
  • Guide customers on the submission process for claims
  • Provide full reconciliation calculations for rejected invoices and partial rejections
  • Provide customers with payment details, including credit note numbers and required information
  • Ensure that all claim enquiries and requests are reviewed in line with the company's claim manual, policies, and procedures
  • Answer queries regarding the verification and processing of claims
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong stakeholder management skills, a warm and friendly personality, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups, are required. Experience in SAP is preferred, as is a relevant diploma or degree.
