About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for verifying incentives and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve queries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers and sales teams regarding claim-related issues
  • Review and finalize outstanding claims and unpaid claims
  • Review and endorse sales deduction promotion requests
  • Guide customers on the claim submission process
  • Provide reconciliation calculations for rejected invoices and partial rejections
  • Provide customers with payment details, including credit note numbers and rejection reconciliations
  • Ensure claim enquiries and requests are reviewed in line with company policies and procedures
  • Answer queries regarding claim verification and processing
About You

We are looking for a candidate with strong stakeholder management skills, a warm and friendly personality, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups, are required. Experience in SAP is preferred, as is a relevant diploma or degree.
