The Student Experience Team Leader plays a pivotal role in fostering a supportive environment for students to excel academically.
This full-time position involves leading a team to provide proactive guidance, track student progress and offer encouragement. By doing so, this role significantly contributes to helping students achieve their academic goals.
We empower students with an ecosystem of highly effective tutoring, resources and support to help them succeed.
- Weekly small-group tutoring sessions are conducted at our campuses by young and experienced tutors who teach in a simple, intuitive and engaging way.
- We supplement these sessions with weekly workshops, one-on-one support and a learning portal with comprehensive resources and practice material to aid students in mastering their subjects.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Student Experience Coordinators in providing personalized support to students, ensuring they stay motivated and engaged in their learning.
- Regularly check-in with team members, offering guidance and feedback on student engagement techniques and progress tracking.
- Identify areas for team development and arrange training sessions to enhance the team's ability to encourage and guide students effectively.
- Oversight of student progress tracking, ensuring updates are accurate and readily available to students, parents and tutors.
- Ensure regular check-ins with students to discuss goals, address challenges and celebrate successes.
