Service Learning Coordinator Job Description

Luther College is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as our Service Learning Coordinator. This exciting role offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our students, staff, and community.

Main Responsibilities
  • Student Engagement: Enhance student engagement through effective implementation of pedagogical practices that promote academic excellence and wellbeing.
  • Restorative Practices: Utilize a high level of understanding and experience of restorative practices and psychology of positive education to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Support Services: Provide comprehensive support to the college's approach to excellence in Christian co-education, ensuring alignment with our values and mission.

The successful candidate will have a strong ability to drive innovative teaching and learning initiatives, promoting rich and personalized learning experiences that foster student agency and develop essential knowledge, skills, and attributes.
