Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly and annual consolidation of our international group across various currencies.
  • Oversee consolidation processes in Oracle NetSuite and support our global finance team.
  • Deliver timely, accurate IFRS reporting, covering key areas such as share-based payments, business combinations, and financial instruments.
  • Prepare external financial statements and collaborate with auditors globally.
  • Provide technical accounting insights to senior leadership and contribute to strategic decision-making.
  • Promote continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
Requirements:
  • CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, with experience in Big 4 or top-tier audit firms.
  • Proven track record in consolidating international entities with multiple functional currencies.
  • Deep understanding of IFRS, including share-based payments and business combinations.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex accounting concepts to both finance and non-finance leaders.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
