Financial Reporting Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Specialist to join our team in Perth. This is a key role within our finance function, reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller and working closely with the CFO.

This is an excellent opportunity to combine complex financial reporting with a purpose-driven culture of a global SaaS scale-up.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead the monthly and annual consolidation of our international group across multiple regions.
  • Manage consolidation processes in Oracle NetSuite and support our global finance team.
  • Deliver timely and accurate IFRS reporting, covering key areas such as share-based payments, business combinations, financial instruments, leases, revenue recognition, and intangible assets.
  • Prepare external financial statements and liaise with auditors.
  • Provide technical accounting insights to senior leadership and help shape strategic decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, systems, and internal controls.
Requirements
  • CA/CPA qualified (or equivalent), with Big 4 or top-tier audit experience.
  • Strong experience consolidating international entities with multiple functional currencies.
  • Deep technical knowledge of IFRS, including share-based payments and business combinations.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to explain complex accounting concepts to both finance and non-finance leaders.
  • A proactive, detail-focused approach with the ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
