Part-Time Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time overnight shift role.

This position offers the chance to work with a supportive team in a beautiful natural setting, providing quality care and ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for residents.

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care that meets the needs of care recipients.
  • Assist residents in maintaining an active and meaningful life with as much independence as possible.
  • Serve as a role model for staff, providing guidance and support on clinical best practices for resident care.
  • Collaborate with the Facility Manager and Clinical Manager to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 12 months' post-registration experience.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications.
  • Strong customer service skills with ability to build rapport.
  • Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organisational skills, prioritising tasks according to guidelines and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
  • Familiarity with LeeCare and Medsig systems is highly desirable.
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications.
