Clinical Leadership Position

Are you a skilled and experienced clinical professional looking to take on a key leadership role in our Alcohol and Other Drugs program? We have an exceptional opportunity for a Clinical Lead to join our dynamic team.

As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, developing and implementing clinical guidelines and policies, providing education and training to staff on best practice, and collaborating with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals
  • Develop and implement clinical guidelines and policies
  • Provide education and training to staff on best practice
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Eligible registration with AHPRA Nursing, Occupational Therapist, Clinical Psychologist or AASW social work
  • Evidence of at least five years post-registration experience, with three years in the alcohol and other drugs field and post-graduate qualifications relevant to the clinical speciality
  • Proven clinical leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary framework
  • Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills across mediums
  • Ability to implement changes and develop direction in clinical practice using evidence-based research
