Operational Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Operational Leader to provide guidance and oversight to our Identity Team.

This role is critical for managing team performance, overseeing day-to-day technology projects, maintenance, and support. You will ensure the reliable operation, monitoring, and enhancement of our Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments across on-premise and hybrid cloud resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational plans and strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Lead and manage the Identity Team's performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Coordinate incident and request management processes to ensure timely resolution and effective communication.
  • Serve as the primary technical escalation point for IAM matters.
  • Own the development and maintenance of the IAM knowledge base, operational procedures, and processes.
  • Embed and maintain Infrastructure Change Management, Escalation, Incident, and Problem Management procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration between internal Technology Teams and service providers.
  • Maintain awareness and compliance with Company policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of relevant technical experience or a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role within a similar organisational environment.

Required skills include excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, as well as demonstrated leadership, coaching, and development skills.

A solid practical experience with centralised IAM solutions such as Okta, Ping ID, and Entra ID, proficiency with directory services, including Active Directory or similar, and expertise in multi-factor authentication systems are necessary.

Competence in scripting and automation tools, such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash, as well as industry-recognised IAM technical certifications, are highly preferred.
