The role of the Technical Identity and Access Management Engineer revolves around providing technical expertise for various environments. As a key member of a level 3 team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support via clients ITSM toolset within stipulated timeframes.
- Rendering expert-level technical assistance and administration services via clients' IT service management tools within defined Service Health Indicator (SHI) timelines.
- Fostering collaborative relationships with third-party vendors to ensure seamless interactions.
- Participating in client projects as required, applying your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Developing, updating, and refining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Designing and implementing detailed design documents that encapsulate the intricacies of identity and access management systems.
- Contributing to out-of-hours activities as needed to guarantee round-the-clock support.
- Identity and Access Management: Developing and implementing comprehensive strategies to secure and manage identities across various domains.
- IT Security: Designing and enforcing robust security protocols to safeguard sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
- Cloud Computing: Leveraging cloud-based technologies to enhance scalability, flexibility, and cost-effectiveness while ensuring data security.
- Identity Management: Creating, managing, and maintaining identities across multiple platforms and applications.
- Access Management: Implementing controls to regulate user access and privileges, ensuring that only authorized personnel can access sensitive resources.
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies, with hands-on experience in deploying and managing these solutions.
- Proficiency in Delinea Secret Server, with a proven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining this technology.
- In-depth knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management Services, with the ability to design and implement scalable identity solutions.
- Experience with Citrix Studios and Director, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools to deliver high-quality virtual desktop infrastructures.
- Advanced scripting skills, with proficiency in languages such as PowerShell or Python.
- ITIL V3/V4 certification, demonstrating a solid understanding of industry best practices in service management.
- Tenable AD experience, with a proven ability to analyze and address security risks in complex directory environments.
- Certificate Management Experience, with expertise in designing and implementing certificate-based authentication and encryption solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong foundation in software development, networking, and database management.
- Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience, demonstrating expertise in areas such as Windows Server, Azure, and Office 365.
