Technical Identity and Access Management Expert

We are seeking an experienced Technical Identity and Access Management Expert to join our team.

  • This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise in identity and access management, with the ability to work effectively across multiple projects and teams.
About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality solutions and services.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies, as well as demonstrated knowledge of Delinea Secret Server, Active Directory & Identify Management Services, Citrix Studios & Director, scripting languages, and ITIL V3/V4 certification.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 3 technical support and administration via clients' ITSM toolset within the Service Health Indicator (SHI) timeframe.
  • Engage with third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in client projects and contribute to the development of detailed design documents and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and technologies, including security protocols and best practices.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Microsoft Server 2016/2019 products and integrated technologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Delinea Secret Server.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Active Directory & Identify Management Services.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Citrix Studios & Director.
  • Proficiency in advanced scripting languages.
  • ITIL V3/V4 certification.
  • Tenable AD experience.
  • Certificate Management Experience.
  • NV2 Security Clearance is required.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
  • Microsoft certifications or equivalent experience.
