Customer Service Associate

The ideal candidate for this role will be a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality service. They will have a passion for enhancing the overall entertainment experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests.
  • Prepare and serve beverages in a fast-paced environment.
  • Operate Tab and Keno terminals with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Clean work stations and equipment to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Operate tills and handle cash transactions securely.
  • Collect glasses from the floor and return them to the bar area for cleaning.

This position requires availability on Friday nights and weekends, with reasonable availability Monday to Thursday. As this position is key during peak periods for our venues, shifts are rostered from the evening through to early hours of the morning.

Training and Development:

This role has been identified as a traineeship opportunity, providing the successful candidate with the chance to gain a Certificate III in Hospitality, a nationally recognized qualification. This will involve completing formalized training and certifications in RSA and RCG.
