We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment. This role involves working across multiple areas including restaurants, conferences, events, weddings, and room service departments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who possess a current and up-to-date RSA qualification, maintain a highly professional manner and grooming, and are flexible and adaptable to the hotel industry. The ideal candidate will be able to work 7 days a week, including public holidays, and cover various shifts such as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about food and beverage options, cocktails, wine, and bars.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Current and up-to-date RSA qualification.
