Business Support Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Coordinator to join our team.

  • This is an ongoing, full-time opportunity.
  • The role will provide complex administrative support to the Office of the Deputy Secretary, Emergency Management.
  • Responsibilities include coordination and preparation of briefings and agendas for weekly Minister meetings.
  • Support policy development and provide authoritative information, analysis and advice on complex issues relating to emergency management outcomes.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Share Point, Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Electronic document management system (TRIM) experience.
  • Records management knowledge in a government environment is desirable.
  • Generalist workforce and/or human resources transactional functions experience is desirable.

  • A competitive salary between $97,955 - $111,142 + superannuation.
