Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Security and Emergency Management professional to ensure the safety and security of all visitors, employees, and assets.

The successful candidate will work closely with various teams and agencies to develop, implement, and maintain venue security and emergency management protocols and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily security operations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain security and emergency management policies and procedures to mitigate incidents.
  • Implement and maintain security technology, such as access control systems and surveillance cameras.
  • Develop and maintain positive stakeholder relationships with local law enforcement, emergency services, and other relevant agencies.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments for events and training exercises.
  • Investigate security and emergency incident response.
  • Lead regular security and emergency scenario training to staff, tenants, and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in high-paced environments with multiple priorities.
  • Exhibit approachability and professionalism in all interactions with visitors, tenants, and staff.
