Financial Services Product Specialist

A seasoned professional with expertise in regulated consumer credit products is required to drive process improvements and product specifications.

  • This critical role involves documenting business processes and requirements for innovative consumer financial products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of financial services and a strong understanding of methodologies for consumer credit products, including interest-free and interest-bearing periods, as well as day-to-day payment and collections operations.

  • Document Business Requirements: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather needs for new and existing consumer credit products, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Product Expertise: Provide insights into various types of consumer credit products, their features, and operations, ensuring accurate translation of requirements into deliverables.
  • Process Optimization: Proactively analyze business processes and data to identify and implement opportunities for efficiency and improvement within consumer financial products.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, operations, and credit risk teams to ensure seamless communication and successful project delivery.
