Overview Senior Product Manager – Wrap at Insignia Financial.
The opportunity to join our team is to lead the development, management, and enhancement of our Wrap product suite and shape the future of investment and superannuation solutions that deliver real value to clients and members.
Responsibilities Deliver a market-leading Wrap product suite and own/evolve the Wrap product suite (Advised and Employer Wrap).
Work with the Product Management team to ensure consistency of approach, development roadmap, and identify simplification opportunities.
Develop, deliver, manage, and monitor key settings and market competitiveness of the end-to-end Wrap product offering; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (DDO, TMD, APRA, etc.).
Develop and sign off on technical and disclosure-related information.
Lead product development initiatives and strategic proposals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive consistency and simplification.
Resolve product-related incidents and manage remediation activities.
Engage with senior stakeholders, boards, and regulators.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a leading edge.
What you will bring Solid wealth product management with deep Wrap platform experience.
Strong understanding of superannuation and investments.
Experience in regulatory environments and product governance.
Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders.
Strategic mindset and track record of delivering change and simplification initiatives.
Passion for developing people and coaching/mentoring.
Tertiary qualification is highly regarded, along with RG146.
