We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Lobby Ambassador. As a key representative of our organization, you will provide exceptional experiences for our guests, exceeding their expectations and creating lifelong memories.
Key Responsibilities
- Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities.
- Identify and explain room features to guests (e.g., use of room key, mini-bar, ice and vending areas, in-room safe, laundry services).
- Ensure proper coverage and execution throughout all zones of the lobby.
- Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems by contacting appropriate individuals or departments.
- Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
- Deliver guest valet, packages, and mail as well as other items required by guests.
