- Cultivate strategic partnerships with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
- Provide expert guidance on effective job search strategies, including resume development and interview preparation.
- Facilitate referrals to relevant training, counselling, and other services to enhance long-term employment outcomes.
- Maintain adherence to compliance requirements.
About You:
- Experience in customer-facing or administrative roles.
- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Outstanding communication skills, with proficiency in verbal and written interactions.
- Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate solutions in a collaborative manner.
- Capacity to build strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in computer applications.
Requirements:
- Willingness to undergo a Working with Children Check and National Police Check.
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
