The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Manager to lead our Converse store team. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a high-performing store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Collaborate with the retail leadership team to develop and implement store strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
