About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Store Manager to join our team at Adairs Werribee. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated retail professionals in delivering exceptional customer experiences that create WOW.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspire, coach, and develop the team to achieve their career goals and ensure a strong succession plan is in place.
  • Lead the team in showcasing the standards around delighting and consulting with customers on styling solutions.
  • Deliver strong workforce planning to ensure the right people are in the right roles at the right time.
  • Ensure the overall store is performing and KPIs and goals are being achieved.
  • Report on KPIs and proactively identify solutions to increase team engagement, customer satisfaction, and overall results.
  • Lead and deliver strong stock management and reporting.
