Senior Retail Store Leader - Kmart West Zone

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Department Manager to lead our retail store in the West Zone. As a Senior Retail Store Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.

About the Role:

  • As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that they meet sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • You will work closely with other department managers and store management to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • You will be responsible for managing inventory, processing transactions, and maintaining store appearance and cleanliness.
  • You will also be required to coach and develop your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage inventory levels, process transactions, and maintain store appearance and cleanliness.
  • Celebrate individual and team achievements and recognize employees for their contributions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales growth and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • You have previous experience as a manager in a retail environment, preferably in a big box or high-volume setting.
  • You have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • You have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • You are results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
