Healthcare Sales Professional

This role requires a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales support to clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be trained to provide set-up, ongoing support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.

  • Taking customer enquiries in store and over the phone.
  • Investigating and helping customers problem solve therapy issues.
  • Providing set-up, ongoing support and equipment to ensure therapy is maintained to a high standard.
  • Fitting customers for masks and recommending the most appropriate mask based on training provided.
  • Providing customers with advice in the safe and effective use of their medical equipment.
  • Selling new or additional services over the phone, with follow-up on trials and testing results to ensure sales conversion.
  • Maintaining good condition of the retail premises and displays.
  • Handling payments, balancing float and banking.
  • Accountable for trial and sales stock - managing stock levels and re-ordering as required.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a busy retail or customer service role.
  • Providing caring and outstanding reception duties to customers.
  • Ability to maintain compassion and remain calm under pressure.
  • A strong customer service focus that is always looking for the best outcome for the individual.
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills.
  • An active listener with the ability to find solutions to customer concerns and issues.
  • Healthcare retail experience is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.
