Job Description

A proactive customer service team leader is required to lead and manage a team of customer service consultants based in our Adelaide call centre.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, driving team engagement and achieving individual targets and KPIs.

The successful candidate will have experience within a customer service contact centre or employment services industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to develop positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of customer service consultants.
  • Develop and implement effective customer service strategies.
  • Drive team engagement and performance.
  • Mentor and coach staff to achieve individual targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least three years' experience in employment services and management/team leading roles.
  • A Certificate IV in Leadership or Management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
