We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead our customer service team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward.
Your primary responsibility will be to guide and motivate a team of customer service representatives to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets. You must possess excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to ensure operational and service standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of customer service representatives
- Set ambitious goals and targets with your team and drive their success
- Ensure the store is always well-presented, tidy, and engaging for customers
- Model exceptional customer service and coach your team to deliver the same
- Resolve complaints and queries in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a retail people leader
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles
- Ability to resolve complex complaints and queries in a professional manner
- Focus on safety and prioritizing a zero-harm culture
