Job Role

We seek an experienced and passionate Kitchen Hand to work part-time or casually. The successful candidate will have experience in Aged Care, food handling skills and excellent communication with residents and staff.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Cook with meal preparation and serving
  • Cleaning and sanitisation of the kitchen and equipment
  • Adhering to WHS policies, guidelines and procedures

Additional responsibilities involve safely handling chemicals according to MSDS and training provided.

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

  • Previous kitchenhand experience (1+ year)
  • Excellent communication skills with residents and staff
  • Food Safety training completion
  • Reliability and punctuality
