Culinary Team Member

We are seeking passionate and hardworking Culinary Team Members to join our talented Kitchen Brigade on a casual basis.

About the Role

As a Culinary Team Member, you will be responsible for preparing ingredients, adhering to the restaurant menu, and following food health and safety procedures. You will cook, clean, assist other cooks and staff, and deliver food in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Prepare ingredients according to recipes and menus
  2. Cook and present dishes to a high standard
  3. Assist with kitchen duties, including cleaning and organization
  4. Work efficiently in a team environment to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar capacity
  • Degree from an internationally recognized culinary institution preferred
  • Working knowledge of safe kitchen practices
  • Knowledge in Food & Beverage & Kitchen regulations
