**Job Description**

Hearth Allied Health is a growing business, offering a unique opportunity for you to lead a dedicated Occupational Therapy team. We are building a new future for housing in the disability sector through our innovative Hearth Home Solution.

In this role, you will oversee assessments of options and solutions for clients preparing to set up their new home. You will be guided by one of Australia's leading Occupational Therapists with expertise on NDIS home and living solutions.

This senior role includes guiding clinicians to build relationships with clients and make recommendations, enabling the delivery of future-focused home and living goals.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Experienced Occupational Therapist with a positive attitude to people with disability
  • Client-driven evidence-based therapy services
  • Clinically accomplished and confident with leadership capabilities
  • Good working knowledge of the NDIS
  • Experience in AT, home mods, SIL & SDA assessments is desirable

**Others**

You will work with children (9 years +) and adults in their homes, schools/community. You will have support from an experienced Allied Health Director, access to external Supervisor/Consultant, Continuing education, and a generous professional development budget.
