">Are you looking for a career change that offers global exposure and opportunities for growth? We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Medical Territory Manager to join our team.
">Key Responsibilities">This role involves implementing sales strategies for North Brisbane/Qld, including Sunshine Coast, public and private hospitals. You will be responsible for managing budgets, training clinicians, developing product expertise, and driving end-user loyalty.
">You will have first-line accountability for building awareness, usage, and preference for our products in all hospitals, with key hospital-based stakeholders, including surgeons, infection control, theatre management, procurement, nurse educators, NUMs, and nurses.
">You will drive the implementation of field sales and education programs to meet objectives in key medical end-users and develop business plans that align with national strategies.
">You will provide constant field feedback on competitive industry/market data to ensure our company is competitively positioned for maximum growth and profitability.
">Requirements">We are looking for a candidate with a university degree in nursing, science, business, or relevant studies. A minimum of 3 years of sales experience in medical devices/consumables, with demonstrated experience in the Queensland hospital sector, both private & public, is required.
">Candidates should also have experience in managing sales and accounts in the operating theatre environment, with a clinical and commercial approach. Proven implementation of developing & securing new initiatives, negotiation, presentation skills, and commercial acumen are essential.
