We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our commercial property sales and leasing initiatives in the Ballarat region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Sourcing, listing, selling, and leasing commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
  • Maintaining an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiating property transactions from start to finish
  • Conducting inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Property Listings: Source, list, sell, and lease commercial properties across Ballarat and surrounding areas
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an active pipeline of potential buyers and sellers
  • Negotiations: Negotiate property transactions from start to finish
  • Property Inspections: Conduct inspections and other duties associated with listing and selling/leasing commercial properties

About You:

  • You are a natural hunter who is commercially astute
  • Entrepreneurial and commercially astute, ideally with B2B experience
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to converse with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Willingness to learn and ambitions to grow
  • Current Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate or willingness to study to become a certified agent
