Job Overview

The Workday Consulting Services Manager is a practice leader responsible for providing expert guidance and support to the consulting management team and subsequent team members. This role involves assisting sales teams with sales activities, overseeing projects across the practice, and driving team performance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and advice to the consulting management team on project needs, risk reduction, and solution development.
  • Assist in the recruitment, development, and management of a diverse, remote team of consultants supporting Workday applications.
  • Drive team performance to achieve high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements
  • Possess 3-5 years of Workday or other ERP consulting implementation experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience leading a virtual team.
