Technical Support Leader

We seek a skilled technical support leader to manage and mentor a team of high-performing engineers. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management or team leadership experience in a technical support environment, along with 3+ years of hands-on technical engineering experience in fields such as systems administration, networking, robotics, or software support.

The successful candidate will be able to create a healthy work environment that promotes collaboration and growth, implement departmental objectives aligned with company-wide initiatives, identify challenges, develop solutions, and drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance.

  • Proven track record in process evaluation, trend identification, and solution development.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4+ years of technical support management or team leadership experience.
  • Hands-on experience as a technical engineer in fields such as systems administration, networking, robotics, or software support.
  • Certifications in broad technical domains.
