Robotic Technical Support Lead

This position oversees a team of skilled support engineers delivering remote technical assistance via tickets, phone calls, and online chat. It provides a mature, solutions-driven environment with opportunities to influence state-of-the-art robotics and related technologies worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, recruit, interview, hire, mentor, and coach high-performing support engineers to ensure exceptional performance.
- Establish and maintain a healthy, inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth through open communication and collaboration.
- Align departmental objectives with company-wide initiatives to enhance the reliability of Amazon's robotics infrastructure, reduce incident resolution times, and drive lasting improvements in inventory processing and movement across the network.
- Identify challenges, develop solutions, and continuously improve processes and team performance through data analysis and employee feedback.
- Review employee performance and team systems, identify trends, and recommend operational improvements to achieve excellence.
- Support critical incidents by acting as an escalation point and ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
As a key member of our global teams, you will partner with colleagues to ensure alignment, share best practices, and contribute to broader organizational success.
