Hello. We're seeking talented individuals to join our Cabin Crew team. A team that's renowned for its excellence and dedication.

You might not have thought about taking your career to the skies as a flight attendant, but if you've worked in roles where people are your core such as customer service, healthcare, or retail, then your experience is suitable for joining our Cabin Crew team.

The Perfect Candidate

Good humans with a passion for hospitality, safety, and delivering outstanding experiences. Those with a calm demeanor, clear communication skills, and a genuine love for helping others.

Your Key Responsibilities

You'll be welcoming guests onboard our aircraft (and seeing them off at the other end), giving clear, comprehensive safety briefings (and ensuring everyone adheres to them). You'll provide exceptional service to all our guests, assisting those with special needs and making flying super enjoyable for unaccompanied minors.

You'll work as part of a diverse team, meeting new people every day, and exploring new destinations. You'll impress with your ability to handle challenging situations (weather, delays, emergencies etc.) and remain calm under pressure.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • At least 3 years of previous employment in caring for people/customers
  • Passport with at least 18 months left
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
  • Australian First Aid and CPR certificate
  • Comfortable working a 24/7 rotating roster
  • No issues with cats and dogs on board occasionally
  • Can reach up to 180cm tall
