Flight Attendant Opportunities

We are currently seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Flight Attendants.

Job Description:

As a Flight Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers during flights. This will involve performing pre-flight checks, conducting in-flight services, and responding to any emergencies that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough safety inspections of the cabin and aircraft prior to departure
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all passengers, including serving food and beverages and answering questions about the flight
  • Respond to emergency situations in a calm and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other crew members to ensure a smooth and efficient flight

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Hold a current Provide First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011)
  • Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
  • Have completed a minimum 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand, or have worked in Australia or New Zealand for at least 3 of the last 5 years
  • Have Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency
  • Be able to swim fully clothed without aid or floating device
  • Have a high level of personal presentation and a natural willingness to please and care for people

We offer extensive training, flying experience is not required. All new customer-facing frontline employees must be fully vaccinated with an Australian Government Department of Health approved COVID-19 vaccine and provide evidence of vaccination.
