About the Role

The Product Management Analyst will drive project success and assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and create acceptance criteria using Microsoft Excel
  • Validate impacted customers based on acceptance criteria
  • Develop innovative testing solutions for business requirements
  • Track issues and record defects
  • Provide daily project status updates and participate in project meetings
  • Communicate with stakeholders regarding remediation projects
  • Identify and escalate issues while meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs

We seek individuals with:

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with technical skills and knowledge base in the Assurance space with expertise in the Retail Bank
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to learn quickly and make sound judgements

This role offers flexibility to balance work done, with the option to spend half of your time connecting in our office. Flexibility is key to a successful team member.
