As a key member of our Sales Team, you will be an ambassador for exceptional customer experiences, understanding that you play a crucial role in delivering tailored solutions and answering questions related to kitchen and home furnishing needs.

You will actively engage with customers to identify their requirements by asking insightful questions and advising them on the best kitchen solutions for their lifestyle and space.

You will support customers throughout their kitchen design journey using our 3D kitchen planning software and accessory workshops, building strong and lasting relationships.

You will ensure the sales area is always stocked, well-presented, attractively merchandised, and correctly priced to create an inspiring shopping experience.

You will build strong relationships with your team and other departments, contributing to a collaborative, supportive, and inclusive working environment.

You will stay knowledgeable about in-store promotions, delivery options, product features, and benefits to better assist and inspire customers.
