Curtain and Blind Installation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Curtain and Blind Installation Specialist. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and installing high-quality window furnishings at clients' homes, resorts, aged care facilities, and real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various locations for quoting, installing, and removing window furnishings
  • Provide accurate quotes for new window furnishings
  • Handle and lift window furnishings with care, ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Maintain and repair window furnishings, including resizing, altering, re-sewing, and cleaning
  • Deliver outstanding customer service
  • Report daily to the factory manager with client updates
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the company van on a weekly basis

Requirements:

  • A valid Australian driver's license
  • The willingness to undergo a police check
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Strong customer service and sales experience
  • The ability to handle ladders and use a tape measure
  • Reliability, punctuality, and honesty
  • Practicality, with a common-sense approach to work
  • The capability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A polite and friendly demeanor, with a commitment to going above and beyond for customers
