Highly Skilled Electrical Project Manager Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Lead to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will lead and collaborate on integrated multi-disciplinary projects through all phases, from tender preparation and design delivery through to construction support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and collaborate on complex electrical engineering projects.
- Mentor and grow team capability around technical delivery, project, and client outcomes.
- Develop and submit proposals, contribute to resource allocation, and act as project manager or discipline lead for medium-sized projects.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, industry networks, and internal stakeholders to grow revenue and deliver value to our clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) with 7+ years' relevant experience in electrical engineering on multidisciplinary industrial or water projects.
- Demonstrated consulting mindset, including proactive stakeholder engagement, strategic problem-solving, project management skills, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions for our clients.
- Previous experience and a strong appetite to manage a team – are you able to develop and empower a high-performing team?
- Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, such as AS/NZS 3000, switchboards, and hazardous areas standards.
- Understanding of motor control, PLCs, SCADA systems, and industrial networks is preferred.
