Rehabilitation Consultant
We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in helping individuals regain their independence and achieve their goals.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by working closely with clients, family members, funding bodies, medical practitioners, employers, and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct assessments and develop effective rehabilitation plans to help clients reach their full potential.
- Design and implement intervention programs using occupation-based approaches to improve functional performance and work capacity.
- Identify barriers and create programs to support clients in achieving maximal work participation.
- Empower clients to achieve their wellness and recovery goals by understanding various healthcare and rehabilitation funding schemes.
- Qualifications and registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA).
- A strong willingness to learn and positively impact people's lives.
- The ability to engage clients and stakeholders in the wellness and work journey.
- A commitment to high-quality customer service.
- The ability to work effectively in the community, requiring a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- A current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
