Support Professional

We seek experienced and resilient support workers with a proven track record of assisting clients with challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage in home-based care, directly supporting clients and promoting independence through goal-oriented activities.

This role requires highly skilled professionals capable of managing complex client needs with confidence and expertise.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing tailored support by assisting clients with daily living tasks, administering medication, and manual handling.
  • Supporting clients to make informed choices and develop skills for increased autonomy.
  • Fostering positive relationships with our clients.
  • Transporting clients in personal vehicles.

Requirements include:

  • Experience in Behaviour Support or lived experience preferred, but a proactive attitude is essential.
  • Availability across various shift times, including early mornings, day shifts, afternoons & evenings, and overnight shifts.
  • A valid NSW Driver's Licence (P2 minimum).
