Senior Retail Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead our team at one of our busy stores. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and mentoring a high-performing team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Manage store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and inventory control
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and achieve business targets
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team, providing regular feedback and training opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and execution of company initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior retail management role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and meeting business targets
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
