About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team at Dereka-Jo Williams. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives.

Your duties may include assistance with personal care, household duties, cooking, and medication management. You will also provide companionship and build meaningful relationships with our customers.

About You
  • You will have experience in complex support environments, including in-home supports.
  • You will be able to provide effective communication and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders.
  • You will have flexibility to work across a variety of shifts (morning, afternoon, night, and overnight).
  • You will have a current Open Driver's Licence and a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
