We are seeking a seasoned Maintenance Reliability Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment.

You will lead a cross-functional team of maintenance professionals and be accountable for implementing effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance
  • Leverage data analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and inspire your team. You will also have a strong understanding of food safety management systems and experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance or reliability role within the food industry
  • Proven track record of improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with food safety management systems (e.g., FSANZ, SQF, HACCP, CFMSR)
