We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Architect to join our organization. As an automation architect, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the best test automation strategy for clients using various tools like Selenium, Rest Assured, TOSCA, HPMC, and UFT.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have complete ownership of preparing test automation solutions, designing automation frameworks, and leading the implementation of test strategies, test plans, and test execution for large-scale enterprises.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
  • At least 10-15 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in driving the shift left in new ways of working, Agile, and DevOps. Experience in API/Microservices Testing & Automation using Rest Assured, Postman is also highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of UI automation tools like Selenium, UFT One, Playwright, and unit testing frameworks like TestNG, Junit, mocking solutions, etc.

They will also have hands-on experience in Agile environments using CI, with an automation-first mindset, and be able to mentor other team members to learn and use the automation test harness.
